YouTube has helped many blog/website owners in the past and present to drive traffic to their site. It’s no secret that you can embed videos from YouTube on your Wordpressblog to add interest and variety to your blog. You can also add attractive, eye-catching images to help set the mood or tone of your post and instantly grab the attention of anyone who visits your blog as well as those who find it when it’s shared on Facebook or Google+.
Using multimedia like video, audio and presentations are a fantastic way to promote products and get your point across to your audience. Your readers will be delighted to find engaging content that gives them a break from reading and a reason to spend more time on your blog which in turn lessens your bounce rate. However, I will be showing you how to embed from YouTube into your Wordpress blog posts.
1. Visit www.youtube.com
2. Select the video you want to embed into your Bloggerblog
3. Locate and click the SHARE button which is located at the bottom of the video
4. A drop down bar opens up
5. Click on the embed button and the iframe code of the video appears.
6. Copy and paste the iframe code to the HTML tab of your blog
